Alberwyn Commons™ for users of macOS

Users of macOS Yosemite (10.10), El Capitan (10.11), Sierra (10.12), and High Sierra (10.13) can now try Alberwyn Commons under our complimentary Evaluation License.

Alberwyn Commons is an application that creates an environment within which our other applets can run. It takes over the screen (currently just on macOS) to create its own desktop. Applets such as Seahaven Towers and Haniport Levee run under that environment. Alberwyn tries to be a good (but not great) macOS citizen, so certain alerts coming from macOS still show up, and you can use system commands like command-tab to switch to other applications. The macOS dock and the macOS menu bar remain hidden while Alberwyn controls the screen. Alberwyn starts an applet called Archiver to manage its desktop (and only its own desktop — it leaves the macOS desktop alone).
